TA燙NG (pronounce Tang) is a modern take on the classic Chinese dish Ma-La-Tang (麻辣烫), translated to a spicy numbing hot soup that originates in Sichuan, China. Malatang is a common type of Chinese street food.

At Tang, their soup bases are based on century-old hot pot recipes and a combination of traditional and unique Chinese herbs cooked for more than 10 hours. Made to cook-to-order with a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from, spiciness-your-way, guests can create endless combinations of hot pot that are guaranteed to be delicious every time.
