Mexican Fusion Street Food

Caroline Martins – Michelin trained super chef who has appeared multiple times on the BBC show Great British Menu has joined GPO with her taqueria concept – RIO MEX!
Rio Mex is a Brazilian-Mexican fusion street food project combined with inspiration from Tex-Mex cuisines during her time living in Texas. You can expect Brazilian snacks known as ‘salgadinhos’, traditionally served in Rio de Janeiro pubs (botecos), as well as delicious tacos, nachos and burritos!

Their tacos are made from yellow corn meal and blue corn meal, therefore natural and gluten-free! Toppings vary from chilli con carne, beef barbacoa, baja fish, and homemade vegan halloumi.
